I'm 50.
Some of that is just going to happen with age, of course.
Yeah, it's going to happen with age.
But I know when I am taking a high antioxidant cocktail, sometimes I'll just go away.
Okay.
And then when I'm stressed out under a lot of, you know, triggers and various things, it comes back.
You know, I got to load up again.
But I've noticed the relationship for myself personally.
But, you know, it varies from like real life, from actual patient.
Their response is so different.
But, you know, it's actually a good sign if you take glutathione and you don't have a huge, huge change.
Because the ones that do take glutathione and some have significant, oh my God, my joints don't hurt at all anymore.
I feel fantastic.
That's really a big sign that they're so depleted and so inflamed.
But glutathione, there's a couple of things that you mentioned.
First of all, glutathione, in addition to being antioxidant, helping barriers heal, glutathione helps.
In addition to being anti-inflammatory properties, glutathione actually binds to what are called regulatory T-cells.
Regulatory T-cells control our immune tolerance and how we react and not react to things like foods, like food sensitivities or environmental chemicals.
Glutathione binds to various chemicals like heavy metals, so it has chelating property effects.
Glutathione can cross the blood-brain barrier.
