Being alone. People are afraid of being alone, being abandoned. Wow. I know when I've hit that, when I'm asking a patient live, firstly, when they start to tear up and I can feel the emotion in the moment, then I know I'm getting something. And often when they hit the alone elevator, like when we hit that floor on the elevator, then we're getting somewhere.

Well, first again, if they're at a 7, 8, or 9, it's probably interfering with their lives in a clinical way, in which case you're probably looking at a professional process. Now this, whether it's the book or whether it's a workshop or whatever it is, people could probably benefit from that as well.

But I wouldn't want someone who's coming in with a 7, 8, or 9 where it's actually clinical, it's interfering with their lives, to just use a self-help approach. I'd probably want them to get some sort of therapy and or meds.
