Well, I'm a scientist, so I don't recommend drugs, but I don't think it's necessary for most men.
I would start with reducing stress, sleeping well, exercising, building up muscle mass.
And then if that doesn't work, yeah, talk to your physician.
There's not a big downside.
There's not a risk of cancer to taking testosterone.
