Now we've kind of opened to a complicated area because there may be other

conditions within need for gender affirming care that aren't specifically transsexual, right?

This is a treatment and it may be beneficial in lots of different situations, but we need to get our diagnostic categories together.

We don't have a good way of assessing these different categories and who would benefit, who wouldn't benefit, who's likely to be harmed by this, who's not.

It's just everybody gets the same.

And that's what I'm concerned about.
