And then there are behavioral or interpersonal or environmental factors.
I don't know if people are aware that when a man gets a new job or goes into a leadership position, testosterone goes up.
And much on the opposite side of the spectrum, when he's put down and diminished and marginalized and told that he's not worthwhile, it goes the other way.
And it certainly feels like we have been in a phase where men generally have been told that they're worthless.

We have to really have a problem here.
But it seems like...
in recent couple years anyway, that there are men who continue to slide down this slope that we're talking about here.
And I don't see them getting much better.
But I also see others who are kind of stepping up.
Adam Carolla calls it safe spaces and octagons.
And I called him the other day because Trump said he's literally going to have an octagon at the White House.
I'm like, what's that?
They're actually putting the octagon on there.
But there are men who are showing interest into more masculine outlets.
The problem is, and you tell me if this is true or not, that one of the things that people don't appreciate about men, when you push them down or you tell them they're worthless or you abuse them in some way, they go quiet.
They go underground.
They go into the cave.
And when they come out...
They're not happy.
