There's a Yerkes-Dodson curve.
If you look at it, there's like an inverted U shape and there's a sweet spot for anxiety and performance.
If your anxiety is too low, your performance is not that great.
If your anxiety is too high, your performance is not that great.
You want optimal anxiety to perform.
And this is another reason why I run late because I'm trying to figure out, is this normal anxieties?
Because when you're handed a baby, you should be anxious.
You should be anxious.
You should be worried because they don't come with a manual.
