I don't either.
But we need a politician to pick this up and think about how matricence and patricence is supported in society so that moms and dads can honor their biology, honor their psychology, honor their shifts that are happening for them.
Because that's how we actually get
to make an impact on mental illness, on reducing depression, on reducing anxiety, on reducing the future generation.
That's how we do it.
We create space for this process.
Absolutely.
And when I am working with women returning to work, I'm like, let's bounce off this.
Let's go to an employer and redesign and try and figure out what we can do with your career.
What would you be interested in doing?
And women are creative.
When they come postpartum, they get super creative.
Well, I've always, you know, I think I like this and I want to do that.
And I could see an opportunity where there's a bit of philanthropy that I could do within the company and I'll pitch that.
And they pitch that and it usually goes ahead, right?
And it's aligning a woman's desires, interests, passions, values, but a company has to be open to it.
Yeah.
It's called oxytocin and prolactin.
