So it does feel different for dads.
It really, and again, no one talks about it.
It's all on the outside.
You look like yourself.
Dude, you look exactly the same.
But you were saying something was different inside.
Only your partner will know maybe or people that are closest to you can tell that, hang on, something's changed, something's shifted.
And for some dads, the patricians can springboard them into dragging up old trauma, old patterns of thinking, negative self-talk or trauma or past depression, anxiety, overthinking, worried about things.
