So, um, I want you to think about, um, a feeling that you'd like to have more of.
So maybe it's like a feeling of pride.
Cash is not a feeling.
Maybe it's joy.
Maybe it's confidence.
So I'm just going to invite you to think about something like that.
Okay.
And if you want to, you can close your eyes.
And just as you're sitting here, just taking a few slow grounding breaths.
And I just want you to bring to mind a moment, maybe in the last couple of months.
Where you might've had a glimmer or even a bigger feeling of the feeling you're desiring.
So maybe this is pride or joy, gratitude, peacefulness, and just taking one of those memories.
And I just want you to take yourself back there for a moment.
So as though you're there in this present moment.
