I think right now we are focusing on things that are really tangible. For example, you might be surprised to hear that most of us could live to 95 years old in good health. No, I do agree. So when I think about the buckets in which you should invest if you want to maximize your longevity... Nutrition is clearly one of the top ones. But equally important is exercise. But by the way, exercise or physical activity affects all of the same pathways that we just discussed. So most of the time, I sort of reduce this to the fact that we're dealing with energy generation.
