It's very hard to over consume protein.

There are so many reasons to prioritize for protein.
And I have to say, you know... Can you be protein deficient?
Of course you can.
Of course you can.
I mean, those are the times when we saw kwashiorkor, right?
Kwashiorkor with the big bellies, this muscle protein wasting.
There are subtle levels.
There's all kinds of degrees of deficiency.
You will utilize the skeletal muscle that you have.
As you move into more depletion, you'll find your hair falls out.
Your hormones will go.
