I've got everything I need.
It's clear.
It's like drinking water, and I'm good to go.
And I've supported my protein use.

So would that be similar to a protein powder?
It would, but here's the difference.
Protein powders are heavy.
It's not clear.
It's usually whey-based or it's a rice pea blend or there's some kind of fiber or something in it.
It's just, it's too much volume.
And frankly... Fascinating.
Yeah.
It's just one of the most underutilized tools.
And especially when we think about the landscape and we're talking about quality protein, you can use also essential amino acids.
If someone is vegan or vegetarian...
and they don't want to have eggs or they don't want to have steak and they don't want to have dairy, then what are their options?
From a plant-based perspective, they can have some kind of soy tempeh, which will take a lot of volume and a lot of calories to bring up that dietary protein.
This is the catch.
And this is why essential amino acids, all nine essential amino acids are necessary.
