Leucine is the key if your body is a car.
In order to get the machinery to work, in order to put on muscle and to turn everything over, it's not just one amino acid.
Leucine is the key amino acid for triggering muscle.
Threonine is the key amino acid for mucin production in the gut.
There's tryptophan is a key amino acid for serotonin production.
All of these amino acids do very unique things.
That is one of the problems with how protein is, what's the word?
Protein needs a new PR agency because when you look at the back of a-
giving it.
But when you look at the back of a label, it just says protein.
It doesn't say that there are nine essential amino acids.
It doesn't break it down.
And these amino acids you must get from the diet.
You cannot make them.
And each of these essential amino acids do various things.
And when you ask for which is the important ones, I just gave you a handful of names.
But ultimately, you can't just take one of the essential amino acids.
You need all of them.
You need all of them to then lay down muscle.
You need all of them for all the various processes in the body.
