That guy could have had a really cush life.
He didn't need to do what he was doing.
He was a fairly high official.
He was wealthy enough.
He was fine, even in Panama.
He decides to go on these little expeditions and things.
By the time he actually makes it to the Inca...
I think it's the second time.
Disease had already made its way.
It had already killed the Inca emperor in South America.
Um, there was a civil war that had happened because of the, because there was the succession war.
Um, and the guy who was, who had won the succession war was actually marching on his way back to Cusco when Pizarro basically does the equivalent to jump out of the bushes and take him captive.
So, um, and even then Pizarro was not no great mastermind.
He was really, really lucky and just really, really ballsy.
