You know, the thing with P&Es also is if it doesn't work, I might have a conversation about doing a stage trial in the two-week trial at the ambulatory surgery center.
That's basically if the patient wants to keep trying that.
Yeah, that's a great point.
I mean, one thing I do find is patients with dual incontinence, urgency incontinence, fecal incontinence, they jump on Interstim or Exonix right away.
Because oftentimes it's the fecal incontinence that's more disabling than the urgency incontinence.
It's all about documentation.
The patient was filled, the behavioral modification, they filled this medication, that medication, and so forth.
It's just a matter of documentation.
I understand the paperwork is a pain.
I hope you're not doing it.
Yeah, it's an interesting question.
The battery lives are so long now that I don't have a sense yet.
You know, these batteries that last 10, 15 years or longer have just come to the market in the past few years.
I do see that there are other factors that I think the battery life may not be the limiting portion anymore.
As we know, Cyclone No Modulo has a fair amount of revisions.
I think previous studies showed maybe there's about 30% revision rate.
We do see some lead migration.
We just presented an abstract at Sufu that we showed that the exonics leads may migrate a little more than the metronic leads.
So I do find that I have to revise a decent amount of devices.
