And then I have a cohort of patients where it develops and they come in right away.
So it's very variable.
So we see patients where they maybe had it for a few months and patients who've had it for 50 years.
So it's all over the board.
Yes, that's a great point.
You know, we have patients who have had overactive bladder for, let's say, decades and they thought it's a part of getting older.
Not much can be done.
Or maybe I've even tried medications.
I've tried multiple medications and oftentimes are told by physicians other things.
There's nothing else that can be done after they fail medications.
I can't tell you how many times I've had a patient come in.
who's had overactive bladder for many years, and maybe they tried some of these interventions.
When I even start to talk about some of the procedural interventions, they leave my office crying, even before we've done anything.
Because for the first time, someone's given them some hope.
They thought it was hopeless.
A lot of times they come in thinking nothing can be done.
And I think that's one of the most amazing things to see the patient, to give them that hope.
