Now, if you're off doing yoga and you're in your down dog and you're thinking to yourself, okay, let's see, I'm gonna have this conversation with this person and I'm doing my yoga now.
But these are the three things that, you know, I'm analyzing what I'm gonna be doing some other time.
That doesn't count.
You need to bring your mind to the present.
So how do you bring your mind to the present?
And so if you're doing something physical, be physical.
Be there.
Listen to music.
Get your groove going.
Get the movement.
Get a collective whole.
Get the whole body awake.
Because...
You are this magnificent biological creature.
You're not just a brain.
So I really encourage people to do things that require them not just to go and compete.
If everything you do when you're in your body is competing, you're still in your left brain.
No, I want you to actually enjoy the fact that you have a body and that, oh my gosh, it can move.
And that, oh my gosh, when the head goes one way, oh, isn't that interesting?
The hips go the other way.
