What really stands out for me is the fact that as the Trump administration has come in this time, they have undermined so many of the anti-corruption rules and the Department of Justice institutions that are meant to minimize the levels of corruption coming in. So we already had lots of issues and lots of loopholes and questions about enforcement, like with 2008 and nobody going to jail.

Not only are we not going to enforce it, we're going to make an interim final rule that is the exact opposite of what Congress legislated. And Congress, good luck with that, and the courts, good luck with that. These are very frightening issues. And then you add crypto to it.
