You can have these, yes, but those are difficult to implement, and they pose many dangers.
You have groups of untrained people, and they're confessing their sins to one another, and you have the danger of people giving bad advice.

So yeah, there's high accountability groups where maybe this could be implemented.
But my point, Matt, was in my church experience, there was really no way to pull this off with a congregation.
