Our testosterone levels start to decline starting at the age of 30.
We say 1% to 2% every year.
What can you do at that point?
Let's say you're getting poor sleep.
You're stressed out.
You check your T levels.
They're low.
Repeat that test in a couple of weeks.
See what the levels are at.
If they are low, then you have to start thinking about other ways in which you could boost your level.
So there's other ways like the supplementation, some of those things that you talked about.
