And so really accepting that, understanding that, okay, like we're going to accept what you are.
That can become very helpful.
Yeah, so this is kind of relating to this idea of like being one way at work and being one way at home.
I think a big part of what acceptance teaches us is the value of authenticity, to stop being an actor and to be authentic.
And so what I would say to people, and I know this is hard.
You're right.
It takes a lot of work.
So, you know.
If I dislike you, Raj, the answer to that for me is not to pretend to be nice, it's to work on my dislike, to genuinely stop disliking you.
That requires a lot of work.
So don't fake it till you make it, like really do that internal work, but it's so much easier to just pretend to be nice.

Absolutely.
Yeah.
So you're getting positive reinforcement in one place and you're not getting in another.
So that's absolutely the case.
I think I also think kind of like you were saying, there's more to it.
That's absolutely the case.
This also, by the way, how people end up like in affairs.
And so I think there's all kinds of factors about this.
