You know, like having to fire people, if you can't fire people effectively.
then it's really hard to run a successful business.
So being able to fire someone, and it's not even that firing someone is like evil.
People may perceive it that way, especially if they're the ones getting fired.
It's a necessity for a successful business, right?
And so there are a lot of those traits that I think we see that lead to success.
And this is also where you have to be broken in the right way.
There are some very narcissistic people who are very, very successful.
I think the tricky thing is that even though you can take this subset of people who are really successful and they test highly in, let's say, narcissism or sociopathy, this is where we got to be careful.
There's another question you can ask, and this is a bit technical, but
a high percentage of CEOs may be narcissistic or sociopathic, but what percentage of, what is the median income of people who are narcissistic versus people who are not narcissistic?
That may actually be lower.
Does that make sense?
So the average narcissistic person may do worse in life because a question follows from your question, which is, do I need to be more of an to be successful?
And that's what a lot of people think, especially in like dating, right?
Oh, like nice guys finish last.
So I need to be an asshole.
But look at the average asshole.
How well do they do in dating?
And look at someone, nice is a different word.
