So we use belief, right?
So this is why it's important to kind of- To take action.
Exactly, right?
So belief helps us take action sometimes.
But this is where it's like, we can do whatever kind of mental gymnastics you want.
To end up with action.
Take action either way, whether you believe it or not.
Whether you believe it, whether you have goal, whatever, right?
Let's get to the root of action.
And all of psychiatry and psychology and stuff is all these ways of helping people act.
Karma, karma, the actions that you take.
Here's something really interesting, what a lot of people don't realize about karma.
Karma, 99% of karma is not visible, right?
99% of karma happens in here.
When you have a thought, how do you respond to that thought that is technically in action?
Oh my God.
So this morning I was tired.
I've been working here for nine days and I didn't want to go to the gym.
So I didn't go to the gym.
