I believe that there's no space between thought and and belief.
It's one in the same.
And then I get anxious, right?
Oh, I think this could happen, but I acknowledge maybe it won't happen.
And then we get to the normal state of mind, which is like, okay, I have thoughts.
I believe most of them.
I don't believe them.
And then we get to you, which is you are very good at training yourself to disbelieve particular thoughts.
That's what all these questions are.
How do you empower yourself?
Because you have disempowering thoughts and you choose not to believe them.
Exactly.
But that's the key thing there is that the thought comes up, oh, hey.
Lewis, can I tell you something, bro?
You're 40, 42, right?
You're going to be 44, 45 when you compete in the Olympics.
