Am I some great person who should be egoless?
No, like I'm some pathetic POS who struggles sometimes and does a good job and I do right by people.
I hold both of those things.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then maybe mood swings or some type of anxiety, you know, would be- Yeah, so like panic disorders, you know, severe depression, then like generalized like anxiety, then there's like the normal level of anxiety.
Then there's like the positive dimensions, right, of understanding.
And the highest dimension is understanding that you are not your mind, that the mind is just an object.
It is your mind.
We even say it.
My mind, my hand.
It is an object of its own that does whatever it wants to do.
Just like your body.
It's like you don't get to control whether you have diarrhea today.
Like your stomach is messed up today.
Your mind is messed up today.
But just like your stomach, you can take care of your mind.
And so what would you call this?
Well, actually, it's what technically is the scale of attachment to your thoughts.
