But warning, I still think Dr. Klossman's recommendation on making your pet fun so you're saving up while they're healthy and when they're younger ages and so that you have that money set aside.
When you get because there's going to happen with all of us, something is going to happen as we get older and our bodies wear out, you know, and such.
So can I just step back for just a brief second?
The healthier humans seem to have healthier pets.
Those like we are both going out to work out when we get done with this.
And owners who are walking their dogs more and such.
And some will even walk their cats on a leash and stuff.
And I think, you know, just playing with their cats, giving them more exercise so they don't get obese and such like that.
And mentally, in fact, when I had way too much going on,
This is before I went to vet school, working full-time, three kids, getting them to all their sports and all this kind of stuff.
And I was feeling, whoa, you know, I called my doctor's office and said, God, can I have my annual sooner?
And I said, I'm just having out of mind thoughts, you know, waking up, like, I feel like I'm looking down.
And so I spoke with a nurse psychologist and she said,
I thought I needed to cut back on my bowling or, you know, and she's no, you need to schedule more time for yourself and you need to burn off.
She says I was in flight versus fright all the time.
And I increased my walking and that has been such a huge benefit to my life.
