i mean it's like most of us are literally in our 40s maybe beyond just beginning to think about this for the first time in our lives you know i used to do this hand exercise with my daughters when they were like tweens because i was like you need to start to understand are you giving touch are you taking touch right like what's actually happening because otherwise there isn't um any responsibility taken
