And I, I just, I would say people don't believe how, how, um, they can feel better.
They don't realize how close it is if they just change a few habits.
So hopefully this inspires them to do some habit change.
So any member diet, I don't know about the 10 minute cold plan, but the workout for sure.

Sleep.

What does health mean to you?
Like, what is like when you think of health, what is it?
What does it represent?
I think that's really important, Dawn.
I mean, you know, a lot of people walk around with what I call FLC syndrome.
You know what that is?
That's when you feel like crap.
And that's something people think they have to live with.
And the work both you're doing with support things like IMA, healthy diet, exercise, sleep, it's not that hard.
