It's important to have someone in your corner who is a trained, licensed healthcare practitioner and can help you make changes, especially when it comes to your health.
This podcast is free as part of my mission to bring practical ways of improving health to the public.
So I'd like to express gratitude to sponsors that made today's podcast possible.
Thanks so much again for listening.
