I actually have a device that I've used as part of my recovery, which is blood flow restriction.
They're little...
like a blood pressure cup, but they put them on your arms, your legs, they pump up and they restrict the blood flow.
But that really activates muscle building and repair and healing and increases the metabolic function in the muscles.
And that can really help healing.
So I've been using that as an adjunct because I can't do as much heavy stuff.
So I'm doing lighter stuff with blood flow restrictions.
There's a lot of really cool stuff out there that you can use.
