And I do that every day.
Also, sleep is important.
Prioritize that.
Get into an early nighttime routine.
Get yourself set up for sleeping.
Lower the stress levels.
Get morning daylight exposure.
I get up every morning.
I go on the roof of my house.
There's like a little deck out there, top floor.
And I just sit there and
I write a little bit in my journal, and I let the sun come up and get a good 20 minutes of sunlight.
And I go to bed early, and I take a hot bath.
I also, oh, by the way, I'm using this cool bath thing.
It's a hydrogen bath.
I don't know.
The science is kind of interesting about it.
I don't think it's conclusive, but...
