When was the moment you realized you had to focus and take care of your health?
I don't know what that is, but.
Oh, McGriddle.
When you're young, you can get away with stuff.
But if you want to keep going for 20 years, you can't do that.
So you had that injury.
Would you take us back to that injury that day that you kind of had that hamstring injury?
What happened and how it made you kind of shift your mindset to actually focus on your health a little bit?
And then what did you shift?
That's powerful.
Inflammation is sort of the enemy of the athlete, right?
The more inflammation you have, it's going to affect your performance, your recovery, your longevity, everything.
So, and most people don't realize the diet that most Americans eat is super inflammatory and it's driving not just, you know, obesity and diabetes and heart disease, but it just makes people feel bad and it makes people function less poorly and make people have brain fog and be sore and achy and all the things that, you know, it's sort of a subtle that people don't really think about or related to food.
But when you change your diet, you notice it.
But you changed your diet in 2011 from the food sensitivity.
You didn't notice a big change then or you did?
But it was more dramatic when you had the... Yeah, it was a lot more dramatic.
And the stuff you're eating all the time.
