And he was bolt upright, you know, booming voice, clear eyes, you know, strong and mentally sharp.
And I was like, wow, this guy's 95 years old.
You know, most people 95 in America barely can kind of walk across the street or get from their bedroom to the bathroom.
And here he is, you know, running up the mountain.
So we have the ability to do that.
And he exercised every day as a shepherd, not quote exercise, but he just, that was his life.
