So ultimately, when you're doing that, again, this is a case of over-alignment, alignment on the wrong page, the sort of assignment of
a massive amount of resources and results that we need to wait a very long time to see if they work or not.
And that is what I like to call silent correlation failure, because we're all overly correlated, silently correlated, and we are heading towards a catastrophic failure.
It's playing out right in front of us right now.
Wow, this is really interesting because there's a silent part in it.
If you have a boss-dominating meeting, then it's quite obvious.
If you have everybody having the same education or the same background, it's also obvious.
But if nobody talks about it, nobody knows it, nobody sees it, the results still are catastrophic.
Good thing.

It just struck me as, you know, looking at this new technique of coordination is coming out within organizations and is being catalyzed by artificial intelligence.
Because you and I, you know, very honest people going in to solve a problem.
We've all done our research.
We've studied really hard.
We've used, you know, the Chakramites and the Claudes and, you know, of the world.
We've reached conclusions.
