I think people need to be clear on what the data was.
I think people need to actually debate a lot more if they realize that they're agreeing too quickly and they're agreeing on the exact same details very fast.
I think pilot projects are going to be a big thing moving forward, not overcommitting.
We need to also very carefully look at our decision-making process, and we need to introduce all those little sort of, you know, checkpoints to go β
But are we just going down the same road because we are all overly similar and our models are similar?
We need to ask that question.
