So in women, the best evidence that we have shows that the only true indication that shows that if you give testosterone compared to a placebo, you're going to see an improvement in sexual desire and potentially satisfying sexual events in mainly postmenopausal women.
And then I would argue also in perimenopausal women.
That's where the best data lives.
And we can talk about what the evidence is for a lot of the other reasons that people like to use testosterone.

And the tricky thing about cognition is how you measure it.
So there's lots of different ways.

No, those are two different things.
