And the truth is some of them feel fabulous and they really are getting all these benefits without all of the side effects.

And I just want to be real about this.
At that point, I'm not here to say it's bad.
I've oftentimes hear people say it's dangerous.
I take care of transgender men who have testosterone levels in the 500s and 600s.
They have uteruses and ovaries and
The data actually shows they have lower rates of breast cancer.
There's some question about cardiovascular risk, question about diabetes.
I'm not here to say it's not without risk.
But what I want to be really honest about is at that point, this is not menopausal medicine.
This is not physiologic replacement.
This is a performance enhancing drug.
And if you are taking it at those levels, that's what it is.
And I'm not here to pass judgment.
I just think we should all be honest if we're at super physiologic levels that that's what testosterone is.
And that's oftentimes people who have some of the strongest side effects in terms of benefit.
