There are periods of my life where I have very little energy, where I can't shower standing up, for example. I don't have that kind of energy to spare. Because of the MS. Because of the MS.

So I can be unmotivated to go to the gym, but if I can overcome the motivation problem, I often have the energy to work out. On the other hand, sometimes I don't have the energy, and then it is important for me to stop. right? Because I can do more damage than good.
