However, there's a group of people that don't.
People with insomnia, entrepreneurs, like different things are going on.
So let's talk about what do you do if you've woken up and it's hard for you to fall back to sleep, whether you're an entrepreneur or during menopause or whatever.
So step number one, don't go pee.
Yep, you heard it here.
Don't go pee.
I know people, what?
So let's talk about this for half a second.

And I want to be super duper clear here.
There's three things that everybody needs in order to fall asleep.
You need a lower heart rate, you need a lower temperature, and you need lower anxiety.
All three of those have got to occur together in order for the body to be able to sleep.
So this is where some of that happens.
Think about it like this.
If you go from a lying position to a seated position to a standing position and you walk across the room to go to the bathroom, what do you think happens to your heart rate?
What do you think happens to your temperature?
They all go straight up.
