Or what should I have said to my friend or things like that?
Entrepreneurs, they wake up and they've solved the problem in their business.
And they're so excited.
They've either dreamt it or they come to a vision or something happens.
They wake up and they're like, holy cow, this is what I need to do.
And then they go and they write it down and they get all excited and they get on the computer.
It's the middle of the night.
But
Again, very different mindset than a lot of my people who wake up in the middle of the night who are worriers or who have problems or things like that.
And that's just one example of how entrepreneurs sleep differently, I would argue, than most of the universe.
Yeah, we can fix all of that.
We can take a step backwards and start to understand a little bit more about sleep and how sleep works.
And I think then we can give people out there, especially people who suffer from this in particular,
maybe some guideposts by which to go, right?
So the first thing is, as you mentioned, the thing I'm most famous for are this idea called chronotypes.
So let me explain to your audience really quickly.
You might not have heard of the term, but you've definitely heard of the concept of a chronotype.
As an example, Dwayne, has anybody ever called you an early bird or a night owl?
Okay, so we'll talk about how that actually happens in a minute.
Early bird is one chronotype.
