Night owl is a different chronotype, right?
Now, I am most famous for I discovered a fourth chronotype.
So there's early birds, there's night owls, there's people in the middle, right?
You have to figure there's got to be people in the middle, right?
And then there's people who have an irregular sleep schedule.
And so that's what I'm probably the most famous for is I developed the assessment tool to figure out, okay, if I take this questionnaire, which one of these four categories do I end up in?
So that's kind of the big thing that I'm most famous for.
Now you're saying, well, what does that have to do with entrepreneurs and when to sleep and how to sleep and things like that?
So this is where it gets really interesting.
So as an example, let's say you're an early bird.
I can actually tell you, based on a lot of research, what time you should go to bed and what time you should wake up.
Most people are not waking up within what I call their chronotypical swim lane.
By the way, early birds now are called lions in my vernacular, right?
Because, by the way, who wouldn't want to be the king or queen of the jungle, right?
I mean, I think that'd be great.
Exactly, exactly.
Early birds have a certain time period in which their bodies want to sleep.
However, if they don't sleep during that period of time, their sleep is very inefficient.
Let me give you a better example of night owls.
So if I've got a night owl, their body, biology says they don't want to go to bed before about midnight.
