I mean, it's exactly the same holds true with sleep.
What's the right form?
When should I have caffeine?
When should I have alcohol?
When should I go to bed?
When should I wake up?
These are the pieces of the puzzle for the right form.
And then once you do it, you just keep doing it better and better and better.
And that's when you actually need less and less and less.
I think there's a universe where people just do sleep so wrong.
that their body stays in bed longer just to try to capture any sleep it could get.
Whereas if they just followed the right form, they'd be sleeping like a champ.
