I've been doing this for 26 years.

Now, I want to be clear.
Not everybody falls asleep every single time.
But it definitely calms you down enough so that you're not getting anxious.
Because remember, anxiety is our enemy in the middle of the night.
It is not what we're looking to do.
But yeah, there are people out there who don't want to, you know, kind of do these things.
Oh, breath work.
Come on.
My body breathes naturally.
I should be able to do that on my own.
Yeah, I get it.
But your body also runs naturally.
