If you have a healthy 68-year-old woman who's miserable, you don't deprive her of HRT simply because, well, you missed the mark and now you can't do HRT.
You have to
make it individualized, weigh the risk and benefits.
Some people will hear this and decide it's not for them.
And that is fine too.

But too many women like your mom probably were just told simply, yeah, no, it's bad.
No, now, yeah, you can just live with it.
It's normal.

it's not completely direct, but there is some influence on your mom's journey, on yours, like when you start menses or your period, right?
And when you then when you enter menopause, absolutely.

So you can look to your mom and be like, OK, yeah.

No, I don't think that.
Yeah, no, that can increase that can.
Absolutely.
If your mom went through menopause a little bit earlier than the average, then you are probably more likely to enter menopause.
