So, again, this could be another.
No, I wasn't.
I was born in Nigeria and have been in the United States since before.
I don't even remember being born in Nigeria since I was like two.
And then we settled when I was about seven, eight years old to Texas.
So I grew up in Texas and came to Chicago for residency at University of Chicago in 2008.
And that was supposed to be like, okay, I'll do my residency and then go someplace else.

strict and, um, no nonsense, very smart, you know, and, you know, just wasn't like who I saw myself as at all.
