And then I did a rotation at Derm clinic and I was so bored.
I was like, this is boring.
I'm not, I can't do it.

Um, then I thought I did think gynecology.
I actually was very much thinking gynecology because, you know, again, as a woman, women's health naturally appealed to me.
Um, I was, I think more into the gyne part than the OB part.
Cause I, I didn't really inherently think, Oh, I want to bring babies into the world, but I was like, okay, cool.
That's really cool.
an honor to do you know in medicine to bring babies into the world is like probably the biggest honor to do in medicine so I thought about that for a while and ultimately found my calling in urology once I actually saw what urologists did and I was like oh no this is where I'm at and actually I can see myself being a surgeon now
Cause these people are cool as shit.
Like, yeah.

So this answer may be different depending on what urologist you speak to because even within urology, there are what we call subspecialties.

So there are urology specialists that just deal with kidney stones.
So the most common thing they're doing are kidney stone surgeries.
There are urology specialists that just deal with male infertility.
So they're doing that.
