other problems that are predominant maybe in females, okay?
There are urologists who do cancer, like they're cancer urologists.
So they're taking out prostate cancer, kidney cancer, testicle cancer, penile cancer.
They're urologists who do reconstruction.
So they might be somebody who does a lot of gender affirming surgery, okay?
And other reconstruction.
So there's tons of pediatric urologists who just do it with kids.
All right.
So to answer your question, general urology, I mean, for me, my practice is heavy, heavy sexual medicine, heavy on female urology, heavy on hormones.
OK, so at this current moment, like one of the most common surgeries that I might do is fix a leaky bladder.
OK, and we do that with slings.
And that's for and that's predominantly going to be women just because women are more likely to have it.
One of the most common surgeries that I do in men might be to a surgical treatment for erectile dysfunction called a penile prosthesis, which is where we actually implant a device that gets a firm penis for a man who can't get an erection any other way.
It's an implant?

Well, these are people who pills don't work.
They've tried pills that doesn't work.
