She's super happy.
But the next logical thing was to put this 14-year-old on a birth control pill to get her acne under control, which is the end result.
But what no one's thinking of is her athletic performance.
How is it going to affect her?
Her training years leading into it.
And her training years.
This is critical for her.
16 is when the next trials are up for her.
So that's two years from now.
So we were able to get her acne under control, avoid the birth control pill, but that was nothing I'd ever thought of before.
I was not an athlete, so mere mortal.
But you've been able to take that experience, though, and apply what you've learned in this high-intensity, you know, working with these intense athletes to the regular, you know, to people who don't exercise at that level.
You know, I completely fell under the expectation of the aesthetics of it.
When I did exercise, I exercised to look a certain way.
And then in my 30s, I exercised for performance.
I started running half marathons.
I was doing baby triathlons, the really short ones, with my girlfriends.
It was a social thing, and it was super fun.
You know, I was running for time.
Now I'm exercising for my old lady body.
