This is when we enjoy life.
We feel good about life.
We age healthily.
We take care of our physical health.
We're good people in the world around us.
This is what we want.
And we're missing entirely the point that it's that we should be striving towards.
And how do we do that?
Well, we build good mental health.
Yes, we look at what's wrong.
We look at if I'm having panic attacks or I'm having depression or look at what's wrong.
But we look in an orientation that says we know what we're striving for and we know what good mental health looks like.
And we know that there's a process to go through in order to get ourselves there.
So now we're not afraid.
We're not turning away from mental health.
We're saying, yo, that makes sense, right?
I'm going to approach my whole life through a lens determined by my mental health.
I want to look at that.
I don't want to be afraid of that.
I don't want to polish the hood or look at the leaves when we need to go to the roots.
