Yeah, you pull it out from your bones and really...
It's kind of like this, your bones are this reservoir.
And by the time someone reaches older age, like 50% of their magnesium has been taken out of their bones.
I mean, it's incredible.
And it plays a role in osteoporosis.
A huge role.
But people aren't really focused on that as much.
